هدف الدرس: تعترف(ي) بالغلطة وتشرح(ي) اللي حصل بـ should have وcould have وmust have.
لما حاجة تغلط، بنعترف ونشرح من غير ما نلوم الضيف. بنستخدم modal + have + past participle: We should have informed you. (كان لازم نبلّغك) / We shouldn't have kept you waiting. (ماكانش لازم) / You could have called us. (كان ممكن تتصل) / The note must have been lost. (أكيد اتضاعت = استنتاج). وبعد الاعتذار بنوعد: We'll make sure it doesn't happen again.
