التعامل مع الأسئلة
تقدر(ي) تتعامل(ي) مع أسئلة الجمهور وتوضّح(ي) وتأجّل(ي) الإجابة بأدب.
هدف الدرس: ترد(ي) على أسئلة الجمهور بهدوء وأدب، حتى لو مش عارف(ة) الإجابة.
وقت الأسئلة محتاج عبارات ثابتة. لكسب وقت: That's a very good question. للتأكد من الفهم: If I understand correctly, you're asking whether… / Could I just check that I've understood? للتوضيح: Let me put it another way. ولو مش معاك الرقم: I'm afraid I don't have the figures to hand, but I'll get back to you. والأسئلة غير المباشرة بنرتبها كجملة عادية من غير inversion: Could you tell me how the data was collected؟ (مش how was the data collected). وفي الآخر: Does that answer your question؟
